Member Services Lead (September 2011-April 2014)
Work as a Lead on the Member Services team. The Member Services team are the first people that our members are greeted by when they come into our facility. We value excellent customer service, hard work ethic and the ability to be personable for our members to feel comfortable and want to come back each day. The Member Services team has many specific duties to complete on each shift. We must swipe our members into the facility, sell memberships, sell services such as personal training, sell pro-shop items, answer all member questions, give tours and more. As a Lead I had extra responsibility such as hiring, training evaluating and scheduling for our entire member services team. The lead is also the manger on each shift with one to three member services team members on each shift who look to me to lead them through situations.
